If you’re joining us for the first time, we require you to fill out a Pre-Exercise Screening Questionnaire. We will have these available for you to fill out at your first class, alternatively to speed up the process, fill out at home and bring to your first class.

Please arrive to your first class 5 minutes early if you are required to fill out a Pre-Exercise Screening Questionnaire.
